Agenda 21 is a United Nations, Comprehensive Master Development Plan for Sustainable Development of all of the resources of the earth. It combines radical environmental and Socialist doctrine to form an insidious ideology. It was adopted by 177 nations and the United States in 1992 and has been implemented by presidential administrative powers. Its purposes are reduced consumption of natural resources and control and limitation of all future development while achieving worldwide "Social Equity".

Thomas Leland Meeks, age 82, of Gainesville, VA died Sunday, December 30, 2012 at Prince William Hospital in Manassas, VA. A native of Louisville, KY, he was born April 26, 1930 to the late Roy Leland and Georgia Lloyd (Hampton) Meeks.

Janet Lee Marshall Ward, 81, of Crisfield, died Sunday, December 23, 2012 at McCready Memorial Hospital in Crisfield. Born in Marion Station on September 20, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Fred Marshall and Sophia B. Marshall, and was the step-daughter of the late Grace C. Marshall.
